📈 My Business Results From February
February’s business breakdown
February’s Results

Moves I made
1) Writing my book
I started writing my first book on February 1st.
I was worried I wouldn't have time.
But I've written for at least 90 minutes every morning, only missing two days. It’s challenging but I’m having a blast.
It's great to see 353 people already join the waitlist from just one email. Thank you if you're one of them. Your support makes me feel like the luckiest writer in the world. And I take your attention seriously. I plan to give this book my all.
2) 250,000 follower offer
I crossed 250,000 followers last month.
Every milestone is an opportunity to bring your audience along for the ride. And wins provide a good ‘reason why’ to make an offer.
Note: You must have a reason. Else you look as desperate as me trying to get back into the dating scene.
Usually I build live trainings as incentives to buy.
But the book is my priority, which means sacrifices. I asked one of my favourite questions from Tim Ferris:
What would this look like if it were easy?
I created two offers using list segmentation:
- A combination of my products for those who own nothing
- A small offer on Magnetic Emails for those who own High Impact Writing
This reduced my time commitment from 9 hours to 3 hours (marketing). That weekend, I grossed $13,066.
You can’t optimize for everything. But you can be smart and 80:20 the result.
3) 1-1 mentorship
This was less a move and more an organic birth.
Four people had reached out inquiring about one-to-one mentorship. I took on one in January and another in February. Both are 5-figure investments. I’m enjoying the work immensely.
It’s a combination of strategy and execution for entrepreneurial writers.
As I flesh out the offer, I may take on more clients in the summer.
Speaking of coaching…
4) Group coaching
In January, I launched an exclusive group coaching program to help entrepreneurs build their product.
With this and my mentorship, I was concerned I might resent my business. Freedom is my top value and I’ve enjoyed a clear calendar for a long time.
But I realised freedom does not mean a lack of commitments. It means committing to something you love. And I love teaching. I love helping my audience get results. Selfishly, it helps me write better too (because everything becomes content).
We're halfway through the program. Once I've delivered the material, I'll create a productized version so you can access the blueprint I've built.

I'll be sharing more over the next three months.
Now, I might sound a bit busy, but…
5) Life is good
I know, not quite a move.
But I'd love to share my joy with you.
My first trip as a digital nomad is coming to a close. Cape Town has been amazing but I can’t wait to see my friends and family (I’m less excited about the weather).
I’ve spent a lot of time working on awareness during this trip:
- Meditation retreats
- Tonnes of daily writing, journaling, walking, and meditating
- One heroic dose of magic mushrooms (I’ll write about that one soon)
My conclusion?
Life is f**king fantastic.
Work feels like play despite working all the time. The book has lit a fire under my arse. Writing to you is so much fun (approaching 5 years since my first blog post).
Thank you for letting me share my journey with you. It’s a genuine blessing, and I hope you get as much value from reading my stuff as I do writing it.
I'd love to hear how things are going your end.
What are you up to at the moment? What's exciting you?
I (still) reply to every email, so reach out. Would be cool to catch up.
