Results From My Recent Launch (And My Plan Now)
Two days ago I wrapped up the launch for Productize Your Knowledge.
The plan now is to work with students during the summer as they execute the material (and I love seeing messages that many have already got going!).
We’re just crunching the numbers, so there will be a full launch report next week.
But I’m buzzing to say 241 entrepreneurs picked up the product.
Importantly, the early customer feedback has been great.
At the risk of sounding soppy, that’s what gets me most excited—knowing you’ve created something valuable that didn’t exist before.
Excitingly, I now have 3 ‘big’ digital products, a paid newsletter, and a tonne of high leverage assets.
I set this plan out 3 years ago, so it’s a great feeling to see persistence pay off.
And it’s fitting because in 2 weeks I cross my 5th year anniversary starting as a writer!
It’s also a little scary because I’m moving into the next phase.
What comes next?
Top priority is to write my book.
I started it earlier this year, but I struggled to keep writing the past 2 months.
Why?
I felt spread too thin.
I built 3 products this summer along with running a coaching and cohort program. I would write my book, Digital Freedom, every morning before ‘work’.
But I hated the feeling of split focus.
I felt like I was doing everything to an average standard. And I don’t like to half-arse things. So I hit pause on the book to focus on Productize Your Knowledge.
I’m glad I did. I can confidently say it’s the best product on topic and that made marketing super easy.
But being an author has always been the dream. So it’s time to make it happen.
I’ll also be starting YouTube in August. Super excited for this. I love long form education content have a tonne of cool value coming your way.
But first and foremost…
I’m enjoying a change of pace.
I won’t lie, it’s been an intense 2 months of work.
I enjoyed the monk mode, and I’m always tempted to keep hustling in the afterglow of a win. But success is pointless if you can’t stop to savour it.
And productivity and creativity are two separate ballgames.
Online, it’s too easy to fill your calendar with the next business opportunity. But you need space for your best ideas to emerge.
So today, I’m flying to mainland Europe for a 3-week trip.
It’ll be the first time I use my Irish passport, so no airport queues (cheers Brexiters).

I’ll focus on the book, enjoying my newsletter, and a couple small projects I put off.
My first stop is to surprise my best friend for his birthday in Barcelona.
I’ll overdose on paella and saunas, then I’m off to Norway.
I’ve never been before, so I’m spending 3 nights in Oslo. Then taking (apparently) the most scenic 6-hour train ride in the world to the north.
I’ll be going on a 4-day hiking and kayaking trip through the fjords, which I’m so excited about.
I’m grateful that I get to call this my ‘career’.
And that is thanks to you.
Your attention means the world. And I hope you get even 1/10th the joy from reading that I get from writing to you.
I wish you all the best with whatever you’re working on.
Kieran
P.S.
I won’t reply to emails until next week (going ‘dark’).
But if you have any food recommendations or cool things to check out for Barcelona, Oslo, or Bergen—I’m all ears.
